All appointments are scheduled in advance and made with the integrity of keeping it.
To honor every patron, the following policy has been created:

In order to be considerate of other clients, there is a 48 hour cancellation notice.
If an appointment is rescheduled due to an emergency, a 24 hour cancellation is then accepted. In order not to be charged another appointment must be booked at the time of cancellation.
Otherwise, under all other circumstances, a 50% payment of services will be due as soon as possible before the next appointment can be scheduled. (unfortunately there are no exceptions).

Gift Certificates are often purchased and have a one year expiration date on them.
